sexy_bunsCellulite fat is hard to reduce.  What can be done to address this?  Why not take advantage of natural things in nature to aid us in our fight of cellulite?  In our quest of natual items to help us fight cellulite we are focused in items that will:

1) Boost our metabolism to facilitate and improve digestion and thus prevent fat accumulation.

2) Stimulating and increasing the circulation of blood to areas with cellulite.  Below are the results.

Fennel Seed (Fructus Foeniculi Vulgaris)

Fennel Seeds are well known for their calming and warming effects.  But this time we are more interested in their property to promote digestion.  These seeds help encourage movement throught the lower part of the body.  They stimulate blood circulation and fuid circulation in lower areas of the body which includes the legs and the buttocks.  Fennel Seeds help reduce and eliminate cellulite appearance and prevents it from coming back.

Notoginseng Root (Radix Notoginseng)

Notoginseng Root, traditionally used for the treatment of internal and external bleeding, also has a  positive effecton the circulatory system.  It improves blood flow throughout the body and strengthening the veins and capillaries.  Our key interest in the Notoginseng Root is its ability to enter fatty meterials and deposits to effectively break them up.   Notoginseng Root is able to do this as it is rich in Triterpene (Saponin) Glycosides.  This property makes it extremely effective in the breaking up of cellulite deposit formations while improving circulation throughout the body.

Seaweed

We all know seeweed contains 10 - 20 times the minerals and vitamins of regular land vegetables.  Seaweed is used to promote health and beauty as it conatins all the elements necessary for optimal cellular function.  When applied externally, seaweed can soften, moisture and firm the skin.   Regular applications stimulate blood circulation, improves skin color, tone and texture and reduces the unsightly appearance of cellulite.

Hawthorn Fruit (Fructus Crataegi)

Hawthorn Fruit is a fruit that is available in Asia that when ripened has a sweet, yet slightly sour taste.  Hawthorn Fruit helps stimulate fluid and phlegm movement throughout the body as well as promoting digestion and preventing lipid fat accumulation.  Clinical studies have also shown that regular consumption facilitates systemic vasodilation of the blood vessels as well as enhancing enzyme metabolism and oxygen utilization in the heart muscle. By doing so, it helps to increase blood flow to the coronary artery and improves blood circulation to effectively balance blood pressure and reduce elevated levels of cholesterol.
